They do not open at the time indicated. They have days with this "Special Hours". Employees arrive before 9:00 AM and don't open until 11:00 AM. You can literally see them on your cell phone without doing anything.

Very friendly service and very stocked. I'm usually in and out quickly with what I need. I don't think you have much competition in your field in Rosarito.

I bought some vitamins today and they sold me an open bottle, tomorrow morning I will be there first thing in the morning to have the bottle changed
